File_Passwd_Common::parse() -- Parse the content of the file
Description
This is kinda abstract method which only returns a PEAR_Error,
so it is to be overwritten in the extending child class.
You must overwrite this method in your File_Passwd_* class.

Return value
Returns object PEAR_Error FILE_PASSWD_E_METHOD_NOT_IMPLEMENTED.

This function can not be called
statically.
