Makes a copy of a file. Returns TRUE if the copy succeeded, FALSE otherwise.
Example 1. copy() example
if (!copy($file, $file.'.bak')) { print ("failed to copy $file...<br>\n"); }
If the destination file already exists, it will be overwritten.
